The Jeffreys, Brothers in Bivalves

Coming from a long line of fishermen, the Jeffrey brothers work together with their sons on the 5 Star Oyster Farm. Proud that their oysters are cultivated from good old family love and hard work, they can quite honestly say that their ten-year strong farm grows some of the best oysters in the world.

The Gritty Details:

Wild-grown. Harvested by traditional tonging, then moved to a private aquaculture lease to inventory and purge before shipping. Time to market: 3 to 4 years.
