Hello, dinner. Introducing "bone-dry" Sea Scallops harvested in the cold Atlantic waters near George's Bank. Bone-Dry means completely all-natural with no water or additives then frozen within 24 hours of harvest for peak freshness. These medium-sized scallops are succulent, tender, and sweet. Quick and easy: braise with butter, lemon and garlic. Dinner is served. This is an add-on product only.
