The Jefferys, Brothers in Bivalves

Coming from a long line of fishermen, the Jeffery brothers work together with their sons on the 5 Star Oyster Farm. Proud that their oysters are cultivated from good old family love and hard work, they can quite honestly say that their ten-year strong farm grows some of the best oysters in the world. Summerside, PEI is located on the sunny south side of the island and proves to be an ideal habitat for these pristine oysters.
