East Beach Farm Co-op: a little help from their friends.
East Beach Blondes are grown in Ninigret Pond, isolated by a barrier beach from Naragansett Bay. In this peaceful lagoon, three oyster farmers, Jim Arnoux, Nick Papa and Rob Krause, happily farm together to produce these beautiful bivavlves. The co-op and their oysters benefit from their camaraderie and shared expertise. From their power washed shells to their ranking on top ten lists around the country, the co-op's dedication and perfectionism is clear. East Beach Oyster Farm is a founding member of the Ocean State Shellfish Co-Operative.
