Take a leaf out of Gwen's playbook, and get everyone fired up. Your sure-fire way to keep your Game Day fans happy? First: Oysters. Second: Tequila. 

 

Easy Peasy. Lemon Squeezy.

 
Stoke the fires on Game Day with Grilled Oysters and Tequila Herb Butter. Pairs perfectly with our Super Sampler

1. Melt butter
2. Add crushed herbs and tequila
3. Grill the oysters (cup up) over high heat until they pop (1-2 min) 
4. Primp your platter with a bed of rock salt 
5. Drizzle the warm tequila butter over the oysters, doll up with a bit of sage.
 
  • Real Oyster Cult
  • 1/2 TS fennel seeds
  • 1/4 TS crushed red pepper
  • 7 TB unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sage leaves
  • 1 TS dried oregano
  • 2 TB freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 TB tequila
  • Kosher salt
  • Rock salt
