Penn Cove Shellfish, Pride of the Pacific
Established by the Jefferds family in June of 1975, Penn Cove raises a variety of shelled delights and pride themselves on their exquisite looking and tasting Fanny Bay oysters. Its location is what makes its shellfish superior: Penn Cove is close to the Cascade Mountains and its geographical shape captures the freshest mountain river waters, rich with minerals.
