Dan Dollimore came to his passion for oysters, young. He was born into a family-owned and operated oyster farm. His family is known far and wide for their talent and infrastructure. At university he studied winemaking and viticulture, which taught him to treasure New Zealand’s unique environment. "And when you think about it, good wine and good oysters are not worlds apart. The rewards are immeasurable." They've set new sustainable standards in aquaculture practices to create one of the most delicious oysters ever.
